Quick yet effective arm workout using 2-3lbs weights or no weight at all. Want more? Join us every Thursday Morning at 5:30 am for barre fusion.
Day 3 - 10 minute abs
Check out this 10 min ab workout. No equipment needed, so roll out your mat and try this series 1-3 times. Looking for more? Join us every Thursday morning at 5:30 am for a 45 minute barre class. Live via zoom or in person. Sign up under class schedule.
