Come watch the sun set from your yoga mat Friday, July 30th from 7:00pm-9:00pm! Relax and unwind to the warm weather and summer vibes at this outdoor event!  Energize your body and mind with an active flow session, perfect for all yogis (new or experienced). The class will incoporate core strength, stretching, and breathing in a dynamic moving sequence. We will finish up the class with guided relaxation as the sun sets. 

If it is to rain, the event will take place inside the studio instead. Don't forget to bring your mat and a waterbottle!
