Come out and join me on October 24th from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.  Join me for a Power yoga class in your favorite 70's gear!  Step onto your mat as if you were on the dance floor with disco music and disco ball!  Enjoy this energetic flow and then relax at the bar for smoothies.  All levels are welcome to come out and have some fun, so grab a friend and step into the disco era!  Glow in the dark accessories and glitter makeup will be provided upon entering.  Can't Join us in the studio?  Option for live online participation right from your home or together with your closest friends..
